Princess Headbutt who were also on the bill, along with the Wow I believe, included one Tony Mountford who would become a full time and much loved member of our band upon Pats (also much loved) departure.

We drove from Kent, got to Stoke, had time to neck a quick Guiness and then we played this set. Made many good friends that night.
The night ended with me and Mark dancing to Guns 'N' Roses and then hanging with the Headbutts.

We always had a good time playing in Stoke, they always dug our band and they got us. Way more than folks in our home town.
